We work hard to ensure that hoord works as intended and lives up to expectations.
Much of the information and materials used by hoord is supplied by other hoord users and may contain inaccuracies or errors.
The services that hoord provide are supplied “as is”, with no warranty or guarantee as to the availability, accuracy or suitability to the fullest extent permitted by law.
hoord accepts no liability for lost profits, revenues or data, financial losses or indirect, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages.
To the extent permitted by law any liability hoord is exposed to is limited to the amount paid by you to hoord.
As a consumer none of you statutory legal rights are affected by these terms.
Being criticised is never a pleasant experience, however we want all our customers to be satisfied with the service hoord provides. We take complaints & criticism seriously and will endeavour to resolve your issue within 48 hours.

Under the UK's Distance Selling Regulations 2000, you are entitled to cancel the distance contract with hoord at any time within 7 working days after the day hoord provides the service or products purchased.
We understand that the items you list on hoord might have to be returned to the retailer or manufacturer after this 7 working day statutory period.
28 Days no quibble refund
hoord has a 28 day no quibble refund policy, if you ask us to we will removed the item registered from hoord and refund your payment.
After 28 days
If After 28 days your item is returned to the seller, retailer or manufacturer and they issue you a refund for the item, hoord will removed the item from hoord and issue a credit note to the value you paid us.
For items that have been replaced by the seller, retailer or manufacturer hoord will amend your item registration to the replacement item you have been provided.
Any credits or amendments after 28 days will require supporting documentation proving the refund or replacement by the seller, retailer or manufacturer.
Hoord is developing service and as such features and functionality may be added, modified, suspended or removed.
You can stop using hoord at any time. You can also close your account, we will then delete all information we have linked to you account including your registered items.
If you violate the our terms, or otherwise create risk or possible legal exposure for us, hoord may limit, restrict or stop providing our services to you at any time.
As hoord grows and evolves our terms will also change and adapt. Any changes to these terms will take effect 30 days from the start of our notification period.
For all hoord users the 'terms' link on the hoord web site will be highlighted in amber to indicate that our terms are changing.
For registered hoord users we will email a summary of the changes to our terms and a link to the new terms.
